Journal Entry: This week, I’m pumped to update you on the progress I’ve been making in life. It’s been a whirlwind of decisions and steps forward, all geared toward rebuilding a secure foundation while keeping my eyes on those big dreams. Life’s adventure is picking up speed, and I’m all in—let’s dive into what’s been happening. First off, I’ve decided to start a handyman service business. Why? Because I know I can hire talented people to handle the work, create real value for the economy, and build something scalable. My ultimate goal is to grow it into a thriving operation that gets acquired by a larger service-based company. It’s not just about fixing things—it’s about creating opportunities, solving problems for clients, and laying the groundwork for long-term impact. I’m excited to document this journey on my blog as I go, sharing the wins, the lessons, and the strategies along the way. Speaking of exciting news, I got offered a job at WinCo Foods, which has been one of my dream places to work. They’re the second-largest employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in the US and are headquartered in Boise, Idaho. I’m starting as a night stocker, but my sights are set on climbing the ladder to a sales or marketing role in the corporate office. It’s a solid step toward stability, and the ESOP model aligns perfectly with my values—building wealth through ownership and hard work. On top of that, I’ve been consistently posting on my blog, documenting my life, my thoughts, and these new ventures. It’s becoming a real hub for sharing insights on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and everything in between. As the saying goes, you need to find ways to make money while you sleep, and that’s exactly what I’m aiming for with these moves. Here’s how it all fits together: My WinCo shift runs from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, which leaves my days partially open for handyman work, sales calls, networking, and blog updates. I’ll carve out dedicated time for sleep each day to stay sharp—no burning out here. The main goal? Rebuild my life in a way that’s secure right now (hello, steady paycheck and business foundations) but still lets me chase those bigger dreams for the future. It’s a hustle, but it’s my hustle, and I’m thrilled about the direction it’s taking. This all ties back to what we’ve talked about before—finding your fight, embracing the unknown, and taking action even when the path isn’t crystal clear. Life is what you make it, and I’m off to make mine a wild adventure. Here’s my challenge for you this week: think about one goal or side hustle you’ve been putting off. What’s one small step you can take to make it real—maybe researching a new gig, posting about your progress, or networking with someone in your field? Hit reply and share your update or that step you’re taking—I’d love to hear and root for you! Onward and upward, Justin

Journal Entry: This week, I’ve been focused on dialing in a solid sleep schedule around my night shift at WinCo, and let me tell you—it’s been a challenge, but I’m loving how my life is set up right now. Flipping to nights means tweaking everything: powering through the shift, crashing for a deep nap in the morning, then rising refreshed for the day ahead. It’s not always smooth—those first few days felt like jet lag on steroids—but I’m finding my groove. Short power naps, consistent...
Journal Entry: This week, I’ve been thinking about how I’m reshaping my days from the usual 24-hour grind into a more intense, focused 12-hour cycle—and surprisingly, it’s working wonders. With my night shift at WinCo kicking in, I’ve flipped my schedule: stock shelves from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, grab a solid nap or sleep to recharge, then dive into my handyman business for a few hours in the afternoon. Another quick rest, and it’s back to the cycle. It’s not your typical routine, but it’s giving...
Journal Entry: This week, I’ve been reflecting on something that’s both vulnerable and vital: sharing your feelings with the ones you love and diving into those difficult conversations. Life’s too short to bottle things up—whether it’s telling someone how much they mean to you or addressing a tough issue head-on. Those talks aren’t easy; they can feel raw and risky. But here’s what I’ve learned: they build deeper connections, clear the air, and often lead to breakthroughs you didn’t see...
