Journal Entry: This week, I’ve been thinking about how I’m reshaping my days from the usual 24-hour grind into a more intense, focused 12-hour cycle—and surprisingly, it’s working wonders. With my night shift at WinCo kicking in, I’ve flipped my schedule: stock shelves from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, grab a solid nap or sleep to recharge, then dive into my handyman business for a few hours in the afternoon. Another quick rest, and it’s back to the cycle. It’s not your typical routine, but it’s giving me the structure to hustle hard while building what matters. I’ve absolutely loved the work at WinCo so far—it’s fulfilling in a way I didn’t expect. There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing the fruits of your labor unfold right in front of you: shelves stocked, aisles organized, ready for the day. It’s a total shift from my past life glued to a computer, grinding in sales and marketing. This hands-on role grounds me, and the team atmosphere is incredible. Everyone’s pitching in to help me learn—showing me where things go, tips on efficiency, and how to do the job well. The better I perform, the stronger the company gets, and since it’s an ESOP, that lifts up every employee. It’s ownership in action, and it lines up perfectly with what I’ve been preaching on my blog and building long-term: creating value, empowering people, and sharing in the success. This whole setup has me realizing I’m in a season of proof. Proving to others (and maybe myself) that I know what I’m doing, that I can work hard through the nights and days, and that there’s a method to this madness of juggling WinCo, handyman services, and my blog. The handyman biz is thriving too—I’m out there making an impact, fixing problems, and loving the freedom it brings. Who knows? I might prove myself wrong along the way, or I might prove myself right. But honestly, the outcome isn’t the point. What really matters is the person I become on this journey—the resilience I build, the lessons I learn, and the growth that sticks. I hope you have a great week ahead. Let’s keep chasing our own versions of proof and adventure—we’ll talk again next Sunday! With gratitude and grit, Justin

Journal Entry: This week has been a game-changer for me, thanks to diving headfirst into time blocking. I’ve started using it for my entire life—not just work, but everything from family time to side hustles—and I’m feeling incredibly productive because of it. It’s like I’ve unlocked a new level of focus. I realized time blocking is exactly like budgeting in finance: if you don’t have a plan for where your money goes, it just disappears. The same goes for time—our most valuable asset. Without...
Journal Entry: This week has been excellent, and I feel like I’m really getting honed in on explaining and launching America’s Holding Company. I’ve started writing my blog directly about the mission I’m on and what I’m trying to accomplish—laying it all out there to inspire and invite others in. I’m starting to really use my voice to drive change, working on getting people to participate in that change, whether through ownership, action, or just engaging with the ideas. I feel very blessed...
Journal Entry: It’s been a week since my last update, and I owe you an honest explanation: I’ve been sidelined by intense pain in the wake of the public assassination of Charlie Kirk. May he rest in peace. It hit me harder than I could have imagined—a gut punch that left me reeling, questioning everything. In the quiet aftermath, staring at the void his loss carved out, I saw my own life reflected back: how small I’ve been playing the game, how I’ve let a victim mentality creep in and hold me...
