Week In Review from Life with Justin Stephens


Happy Friday Everyone!

I hope this week has treated you as well as it has treated me!

This week was my first week full time at Secure Pacific, and it has been an absolute blast!

The team has been incredible to work with and I am so excited for what we are doing.

This week I learned all about the products we are selling and the lead generation method that they have been using to get leads.

In the training, they had a number of modules on using social media and it seems that no-one in the company is really doing that yet, which means there is a huge opportunity for me to impact the organization and bring in some new ideas that could prove to be beneficial.

I got my first sale this week as well! $6 in the bank baby!

(if you can't celebrate a small win, you don't get to celebrate a big win!)

This week, I have been rebranding my entire website to the Secure Pacific brand as well as all my social accounts.

My strategy moving forward is to drive all the revenue I can into Secure Pacific and help with lead generation across the entire organization. As how I am doing that, it starts with the prospecting activities that I am going to be done. There are 4 main strategies I plan to implement:

  1. Past Client Connections - Each day I will be reaching out to 3 current clients to check in and see how they are doing.
  2. LinkedIn Prospecting - Each day I will be doing LinkedIn prospecting and connections for 30 minutes to schedule On premise security assessments and build relationships with my digital following.
  3. Cold Email Outreach - I will be creating a cold email outreach campaign and spend an hour a week monitoring and updating it to get better results.
  4. Cold-Walkin Outreach - The bulk of my time will be dedicated to cold calling and networking to book On premise security Assessments here in Boise, Idaho

This is my lead generation workflow that I have designed for Secure Pacific, and how I plan to drive leads and build relationships online to drive sales appointments and closing new business in the real world.

Once we have a lead, the goal is to walk them through the sales process we have here at Secure Pacific. I am still getting to understand the process, but my opinion is this is how it runs.

The goal is to get someone to the on-premise security Assessment to find pain and create the quote to get them signed up as a client.

Everything is operating as I have envisioned so far which is great.

I did have a great conversation with an old friend from the accounting world, and walked through my vision with her. She was very impressed and could see how it all works. We are going to be connecting again in the near future to keep the conversation going.I also had an amazing strategic partnership call that I am really excited about! There are a lot of opportunities for us ahead, as long as we stay the course.
